Yes. Every care worker undergoes rigorous background checks including enhanced DBS disclosures, reference verifications, structured induction, and mandatory competency assessments.
We welcome open feedback. Complaints are formally acknowledged within 3 working days, with a thorough response provided within 20 working days.
